Qualifications

• Restaurant/retail management experience is required.
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning is desired.
• Knowledge of business processes across finance, HR, procurement and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth and profitability.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
• Uphold store policies and processes.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Prepare regular reports for upper management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
