RPM Pizza, a leading Domino’s franchise, is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations with a strong focus on customer service, product quality and local marketing. You will coach a team, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with RPM and health standards while driving sales and profitability.

The GM will oversee staffing, training, and daily operations, working 40+ hours per week in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for leadership development and community involvement.

Qualificações

• Must have AM4 or prior GM with DM approval and be in good standing with RPM.
• Completed GMITO class or equivalent and have a store ready AM4 as replacement.
• Demonstrated high volume store supervision and RPM service standards.
• Pass background and drug screening requirements.
• Proficient in math and use of technology in store operations.
• Brand ambassador who maintains RPM standards and product quality.
• Experience training team members in product, service, and image.
• Food safety certification as required by area.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a store team with coaching, setting high customer service standards.
• Maintain exceptional product quality and local marketing efforts.
• Ensure adherence to RPM, Domino’s and state health codes.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, sales projections and scheduling.
• Manage sales, inventory and labor for profitability.
• Uphold product, service and image standards daily.
• Provide 40+ hours per week with consistent leadership presence.
