RPM Pizza in Indianapolis seeks a General Manager to lead overall store performance, team leadership, and operational excellence. You will set the pace for people development, food safety, customer service, and financial success.

You’ll train and coach staff, ensure policy compliance, manage scheduling and inventory, and represent the brand in the community. 40+ hours weekly, nights/weekends required.

Competenze

• Experience as GM in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Food safety certification per local regulations.
• Proven leadership and financial management skills.

• Ensure compliance with RPM, Domino’s, safety and health standards.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Deliver consistent product quality and store image.

• Drive financial performance and customer satisfaction.
• Operate ovens and kitchen equipment; manage time and multi-task.
• Work 40+ hours weekly including nights, weekends, holidays.
