Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain high level of customer service; motivate staff.
• Protect cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
• Stock ingredients; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory; clean equipment.
