Qualifications

• Interest in operations, sales, people leadership, and financial performance is expected.
• Comfort with fast-paced change and willingness to learn and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Learn how functional areas drive growth, performance, and client service.
• Gain hands-on experience with revenue, expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Support sales, business development, and referral relationships.
• Participate in recruiting, staffing, coaching, and team development.
• Review performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve growth, service, efficiency, and profitability.
• Attend business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and referral partners.
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as skills develop; relocate as needed.
• Travel to other company locations as required; adhere to policies and regulations.
