Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring for a General Manager In Training. This franchise offers full-time and part-time permanent roles with training and growth opportunities across stores of various sizes. You will lead operations, supervise staff, greet customers, manage orders, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have reliable transport, and possess a customer-focused attitude with a readiness to train and advance within the Domino's system.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid license, registration and insurance.
• Restaurant experience preferred, particularly in pizza or related operations.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make fast, accurate and consistent products following recipes and portion sizes.
• Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times per Grooming Standards.
