Domino's Pizza in Roselle, NJ is seeking a General Manager in Training to lead daily operations, drive customer service excellence, and manage a team. You will oversee 3–30 employees per shift, handle cash operations, ensure quality product preparation, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and valid license, registration and insurance.
• Experience in the restaurant world with pizza or equivalent.
• Willing to move into management with room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of customer service representatives and delivery drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees per shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Prepare products accurately following recipes and portions.
• Deliver products safely to customers.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
• Maintain grooming standards as required.
