You will train and supervise stock Clerks, manage inventory, and maintain displays to company standards in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires strong customer service skills, English communication, and the ability to multitask across varied shifts while ensuring accurate ordering, pricing, and presentation.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated customer service skills or related experience.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Willingness to work varied shifts over a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service as defined by the employer within the scope of the position and company policy.
• Train, schedule, and supervise GM/HBC stockers to ensure optimum staffing in the department.
• Speak with customers to resolve problems with sales, dissatisfaction with service or product.
• Maintain cleanliness of the department and storage area.
• Face shelves to company standards and update signs, tags, and prices as directed by merchandising.
• Replace stock in displays and on shelves; remove expired items daily and order department product.
• Perform daily inventory and order necessary product to maintain inventory levels.
