Albertsons Companies in Reston, VA seeks a Drug/GM Department Manager to lead the Drug and General Merchandise departments with strong emphasis on customer service and in-stock conditions.

You will implement planograms, manage inventory, and coach associates to deliver a superior shopping experience while ensuring safety and policy compliance in a fast-paced store environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Drug and General Merchandise departments with a focus on customer service, merchandising, and in‑stock conditions
• Execute planograms, resets, promotional sets, ad programs, and seasonal transitions accurately and on time
