Albertsons Companies is seeking a Drug/GM Department Manager to lead daily operations of Drug and General Merchandise departments, focusing on customer service, merchandising execution, and inventory accuracy. You will supervise staff, manage planograms and seasonal transitions, and drive sales while ensuring safety and compliance.

Main r esponsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the Drug and General Merchandise departments with a focus on customer service, merchandising, and in ‑ stock conditions

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Competencies:

• Merchandising execution and planogram compliance
• Inventory management, ordering, and shrink control
• Operational standards, safety, and compliance execution
• Sales performance and promotional execution

Knowledge:

• Retail or general merchandise operations
• Inventory systems and merchandising standards (preferred)

Abilities:

• Ability to review sales and inventory data to guide department planning
• Ability to train, coach, and develop associates
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
