Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading hourly teams and driving sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to profitability.
• Manage GM and Food & Beverage areas, inventory, pricing and presentation.
• Lead and coach GM Team Leaders and hourly team members.
• Develop workload planning and schedule alignment to guest needs.
