Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader in the United States. You will lead a team across GM and food areas, drive store sales, manage inventory and pricing, and ensure guest satisfaction with strong coaching and day-to-day leadership.

You will guide staffing, workload planning, and promotions while upholding food safety standards and Target’s service culture. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Develop workload planning and scheduling aligned to business needs.
• Train, coach and hold team members accountable for performance.
