Job summary

Fliff is expanding and seeking a General Manager, Games to own end-to-end strategy and execution across social sweepstakes casino, collectibles, and parimutuel games.

You will lead product, P&L, content partnerships, and cross-functional teams to drive revenue within the Fliff super app. This builder role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and market insight across engineering, CRM, marketing, CX, payments, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in iGaming, social/sweepstakes casino, or real-money gaming.
• 3+ years in a GM, commercial, or product leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of casino content and the studio/aggregator landscape; sweepstakes model experience preferred.
• Track record negotiating vendor commercials and managing strategic partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial, curious self-starter with market insight and ideas.
• Strong analytics using KPIs like GGR/NGR, hold, ARPPU and retention.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, product, marketing, CRM, CX, and fraud.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for Fliff’s games businesses — social sweepstakes casino, collectibles, and parimutuel-powered games.
• Define the strategy and roadmap to grow our sweeps casino into a best-in-class product.
• Identify, evaluate, and launch new games verticals and offerings.
• Set revenue, engagement, and retention targets and report to leadership.
• Lead product direction for the games portfolio — lobby, discovery, jackpots, and gamification.
• Prioritize the games roadmap with Product and Engineering.
• Champion the player using data and market insights.
• Own relationships with game studios, aggregators, and platform vendors.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and conduct partner reviews.
• Collaborate with CRM/Marketing, Payments & Fraud, CX, and Compliance.
• Build and lead the Games team over time.
