Steak ’n Shake St. Charles is seeking a General Manager with an owner mindset to lead operations at our Saint Charles location. This partnership opportunity offers a path to Franchisee ownership, with base compensation up to $80,000 plus benefits.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, control costs, and build a high-performing team from the floor with hands-on leadership. Demonstrated QSR GM experience, P&L fluency, and a track record of team development are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QSR or fast-casual GM experience.
• Fluency in P&L management—you can quote your food cost, labor %, and comp trend from memory.
• Hands-on leadership style, versatile on the grill, window, and floor.
• Owner mindset: every dollar, every guest, every team member matters.
