AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE MANAGER

If you are an experienced Service Manager with a proven track record of success and drive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction looking to take that next step in your career, then we are looking for you to join our dealership. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hire, train, manage and retain service team not limited to advisors and technicians
  • Ability to listen, communicate effectively and resolve conflict with customers, employees and co-workers
  • Meets department financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing annual sales and service budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Manage and maintain factory standards for warranty claims
  • Maintain high CSI rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
  • Maintain customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business
  • Establishes department goals and objectives, measures progress, analyzes results and makes improvements as needed
  • Manages required training to comply with manufacturers
  • Manage shop productivity, labor hours, cost of sale and operating expenses to provide for a profitable department

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 - 4 years of management experience in an automotive dealership required
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Successful experience in automotive retail management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Valid and clean driver’s license
  • Ability to work extended hours and Saturdays when necessary
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
