Job summary

Quantic Electronics is seeking a General Manager for the Corry Micronics site in Pennsylvania. The GM will oversee Engineering, Finance, Production, Supply Chain, and Sales with full P&L responsibility, driving strategic direction and operational execution to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a P&L leadership role within defense electronics manufacturing.
• RF and microwave expertise is highly desired for defense contracts.
• Strong background in aerospace/defense electronics with high-mix, low-volume production.
• Experience leading ERP implementations is valued.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Provide general management leadership with full P&L responsibility for the Corry Micronics organization.
• Develop short- and long-term strategies and operating plans to meet growth and profitability targets.
• Lead annual operating plans and budgets and oversee capital investments.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements.
