• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering or manufacturing
• Proven track record of managing P&L and driving operational excellence
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and supply chain management
• Experience with sales and marketing strategy to drive profitable growth and expand market share
• Excellent team leadership, communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic business plans; oversee operations and financial reporting with P&L accountability
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and develop new business opportunities for expanding custom products and solutions
