Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training where applicable.
• Associates will attend and complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, guiding store operations and customer service.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promotes a culture of belonging.
• Coordinates activities with key stakeholders and supports plans to meet customer and business needs.
• Ensures compliance with policies and Open Door guidance in daily operations.
