Qualifications

• ASE and/or GM Certification preferred (not required).
• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Quality-focused with attention to detail.
• Coachable, team-oriented, and dependable.
• Favorable driving record and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Drug-free workplace (random drug testing).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repair orders with quality and efficiency.
• Communicate repair needs clearly with Service Advisors and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, compliance, and environmental procedures.
• Stay current with manufacturer training and technical updates.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality expectations.

PAY: $20 - $65 per flag hour depending on certifications and experience. Production Bonus Available!
