Job summary

Blossom Chevrolet is seeking an experienced GM Certified Service Technician to join our award-winning service team in Indianapolis, IN. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to GM and dealership standards, complete repair orders accurately, and communicate findings to Service Advisors.

Qualifications

• GM Certification required and minimum 4 years of technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
• Valid Indiana Driver's License and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to GM and dealership standards.
• Complete repair orders accurately, efficiently, and with a focus on quality.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Inspect vehicles to identify additional maintenance or safety-related needs.
• Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and team members.
• Document all completed work and recommendations on repair orders.
• Perform road tests to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
