Modern Chevrolet Cadillac of Burlington is seeking a skilled B or B+ Level Automotive Technician to join the service team in Burlington, NC. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, using GM procedures and tools, while ensuring quality work and safety.

The role emphasizes growth through GM training and a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities, and are licensed, dependable, and ready to work independently as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• GM experience is preferred, but experienced technicians from other brands are encouraged to apply.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• GM certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns using proper diagnostic procedures and equipment.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, electrical, and engine repairs.
• Diagnose drivability and electrical concerns.
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer specifications.
• Utilize GM service information, diagnostic equipment, and repair procedures.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other members of the service team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Continue developing your technical skills through training and hands-on experience.

What You'll Do
