Job summary

Modern Chevrolet Cadillac of Burlington is seeking a skilled B or B+ Level Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair vehicle concerns, and work with GM diagnostic tools to ensure quality work.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems.
• GM experience preferred; ASE/GM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns using proper diagnostic procedures and equipment.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, electrical, and engine repairs.
• Diagnose drivability and electrical concerns.
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer specifications.
• Utilize GM service information, diagnostic equipment, and repair procedures.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other members of the service team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Continue developing your technical skills through training and hands-on experience.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

B or B+ Level Automotive Technician

Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.

Ability to accurately diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems.

GM experience is preferred, but experienced technicians from other brands are encouraged to apply.

ASE certifications are a plus.

GM certifications are a plus.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality work.

Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
