ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, inventory accuracy, pricing, and signage. The team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional activities for all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. They enable efficient delivery to guests by owning pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work.

This role offers opportunities to build skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvement. A typical day involves greeting guests, understanding their needs, maintaining store presentation, executing replenishment and signing processes, and supporting operational safety and compliance.
