ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

We are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. Our team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. We also own pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work to deliver efficiently to our guests.

This role offers opportunities to build skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvement. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Engaging with guests to assist and support their needs
• Maintaining knowledge of store tools, products, and services to enhance guest experience
• Ensuring the sales floor is well zoned, in stock, signed, and priced accurately
• Executing inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes
• Supporting operational procedures like planogram compliance and inventory accuracy
• Operating power equipment if certified
• Following safety, ethical, and compliance standards
• Supporting guest services such as cashiering and digital fulfillment
