About General Merchandise

We are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. The team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional signing for all General Merchandise areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. We also support efficient delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

The role offers opportunities to build skills in guest service, inventory management, process improvement, and teamwork. No two days are the same, but responsibilities typically include:

• Greeting guests warmly and engaging with genuine interest
• Understanding guest needs through body language and conversation
• Providing knowledgeable assistance about store tools, products, and services
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, accurately signed, and properly priced
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Maintaining operational procedures like planogram compliance and inventory accuracy
• Operating power equipment safely if certified
• Supporting guest services such as cashiering and digital fulfillment
