We are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. Our team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across all store areas, including Food & Beverage, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. We also support efficient delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

The role of a General Merchandise Expert offers diverse daily responsibilities, including:

• Creating a welcoming environment for guests
• Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Engaging genuinely with guests and asking questions to assist them better
• Being knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve issues and enhance guest experience
• Expressing gratitude to guests and acknowledging their patronage
• Maintaining sales floor presentation, inventory, and signage accuracy
• Executing inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes
• Following operational procedures like planogram (POG) compliance and inventory management
• Operating power equipment safely if certified
• Supporting guest services such as cashiering and digital fulfillment, while adhering to safety and compliance standards
• Performing other duties based on business needs
