Our experts focus on operations, process, and efficiency to ensure a consistent guest experience—product availability, accurate pricing, signage, and presentation. The team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities for all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. They also handle pick, pack, and ship fulfillment to support guest service.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and supporting a guest-first culture
• Experience with retail fundamentals: sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency
• Ability to execute daily tasks supporting business priorities and sales goals

Typical Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests authentically
• Observe and understand guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Engage with guests, ask questions, and understand their specific needs
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests
• Express gratitude to guests and communicate our appreciation
• Ensure the sales floor is properly zoned, stocked, signed, and priced
• Partner with leadership to prioritize workload based on business and guest needs
• Set and maintain signage and product displays as per planograms
• Execute inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes
• Maintain inventory accuracy, pricing, and presentation standards
• Operate power equipment only if certified
• Follow safety, ethical, and compliance standards at all times
• Support guest services including cashiering and digital fulfillment, adhering to legal requirements
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs
