About the General Merchandise Team

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience through product presentation, stock management, pricing, and signage. The team handles inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and supports Food & Beverage and Food Service areas, providing a fresh and safe experience for guests.

Role Expectations

The General Merchandise Expert role offers opportunities to develop skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvement. Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and understanding their needs
• Assisting guests with product knowledge and store navigation
• Maintaining product presentation, signage, and stock levels
