About the General Merchandise Role

As a General Merchandise Expert, you will ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, inventory accuracy, and efficient fulfillment processes. You will support operations such as inbound, replenishment, signing, and pricing, while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Maintain the sales floor, ensuring products are in-stock, signed, and accurately priced
• Execute inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Operate equipment safely and follow operational procedures
• Support guest services including cashiering and digital fulfillment
• Follow safety, compliance, and ethical standards
