Experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience by managing product presentation, stock, pricing, and signage across the store. The team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities in all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. They also handle fulfillment tasks like pick, pack, and ship.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and supporting a guest-first culture
• Experience with retail fundamentals such as sales trends, inventory management, and process improvement
• Ability to execute daily tasks supporting business priorities and sales goals

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and authentically
• Understanding guest needs through body language and communication
• Engaging with guests to understand and meet their needs
• Being knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests
• Expressing gratitude to guests and making their shopping experience positive
• Maintaining the sales floor with proper signage, stocking, and pricing
• Prioritizing workload based on business and guest needs
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Ensuring operational procedures like planogram compliance and inventory accuracy
• Operating power equipment only if certified
• Following safety, ethical, and compliance standards
• Supporting guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment
• Performing other duties as needed
