ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product availability, accurate pricing, and signage. This team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional signing for all General Merchandise areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh, food-safe experience. They also handle pick, pack, and ship fulfillment to support guest needs.

Role Benefits

Typical Responsibilities

• Greet guests authentically and create a welcoming environment
• Observe and understand guest needs, offering assistance proactively
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Maintain knowledge of store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Ensure sales floor is properly zoned, stocked, signed, and priced
• Prioritize workload with leadership to support business and guest needs
• Set and maintain accurate signage and pricing, execute replenishment and inventory processes
• Follow operational procedures, including planogram (POG) compliance, to optimize inventory and sales
• Operate power equipment if certified and follow safety protocols
• Support guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment, adhering to legal requirements
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs
