Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, glycobiology, biochemistry, Molecular biology or related studies.
• Experience in glycobiology and structural characterization of glycoconjugates preferred.
• Project management and leadership experience in a research setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop tools and methods for structural characterization of glycoproteins and polysaccharides using MS, HPLC, HPAEC or NMR.
• Write and edit manuscripts and reviews to increase publication output.
• Supervise laboratory technicians, postdocs and researchers on collaborative projects.
• Write detailed reports on data and prepare materials for manuscripts.
• Teach hands-on and virtual training courses on glycoconjugates; organize workshops.
