General Formulations is seeking a production associate to support the Glue Room and Coating area. The role involves operating the glue pouring system, applying adhesive to roll stock, and monitoring coating quality to ensure products meet specifications.

The candidate should be able to lift up to 40 pounds and participate in housekeeping and setup during job changes. Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate glue pouring system and apply adhesive to roll stock.
• Check application for surface defects and proper coverage; monitor current run.
• Set up and monitor adhesive reservoir on the coater.
• Address quality issues by adjusting coater to bring product into specification.
• Perform housekeeping and support setup during job changes in the Glue Room.
• Follow manager instructions and contribute to team efficiency.
