Sage is seeking a Global X3 Enablement Content & Solution Strategy Lead to develop high-impact enablement content and learning experiences for Sage X3 sales, solution consulting, and partners worldwide. The role blends Sage X3 expertise with content development, storytelling, and collaboration with Product, Marketing, Learning Services, and Partner Enablement teams.

It is a hybrid role with three days onsite in a Sage office.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution consulting or presales in enterprise software.
• Proven ability to translate product and marketing content into enablement assets.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global X3 enablement content strategy.
• Develop demo videos, scripts, and scenarios for presales.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Learning Services, and Sales.
• Create reusable assets and support partner enablement.
• Champion AI to improve delivery and quality.
• Support certification and learning path development.
• Maintain strong X3 knowledge and demonstrate when required.
• Localize content for regional needs while ensuring global reuse.
