Job summary

Chime is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Workforce Planning & Transformation to scale and optimize forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and workforce optimization for a worldwide customer operations organization. You will lead a team and partner with cross-functional teams to improve performance through AI and automation.

The base salary begins at $170,000 and goes up to $235,000, with eligibility for a bonus, equity, and benefits. Actual offers depend on location, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and workforce optimization across a global customer operations org serving 4,000+ agents.
• Develop staffing plans aligning demand, service levels, employee experience, and financial goals.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Vendor Management, and Analytics to align workforce strategies with business priorities and growth.
• Monitor performance, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend staffing adjustments to improve outcomes.
