Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing geographically distributed teams.
- Deep experience in workforce management, contact center ops, and capacity planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead a large, global workforce management organization across regions.
- Oversee capacity planning, real-time management, and tooling.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance and efficiency.
- Build leadership pipeline and coach managers for organizational depth.
