Job summary

Vistra in Poland is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support rollout of our global workflow platform across markets. You will blend business analysis, project coordination, and platform support to enable smooth go-lives and continuous improvement.

Initially you will focus on local market go-lives and hypercare, then grow into configuration, BAU support, and enterprise integrations, including SharePoint, reporting tools, and client portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
• Experience in professional services, accounting, tax, financial services, or cross-market environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of standardised global workflows using the enterprise workflow platform.
• Coordinate market-specific requirements and localised templates.
• Manage market readiness activities: UAT coordination, data validation, go-live checklists.
• Provide hypercare support and resolve user queries post go-live.
• Grow into broader digital platform support across tools (DMS, client portals, reporting).
