Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Ridgeville, USA, seeks a Training Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of trainings for Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related processes across DSV Contract Logistics sites.

The role requires coordinating trainings across the AMER region, delivering on-site and online, collaborating with engineering, and maintaining training materials and exams in a central database. Travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years’ experience in working in a project-based environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Strong and energetic personality, able to communicate on operations as well as management level.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trainings on location. All over AMER-Region.
• Facilitate online training.
• Organize training (training calendar and organization with local site).
• Cooperate with engineering on the WMS set-up.
• On site go-live support, and after-care.
• Maintain up-to-date revisions of training materials.
• Train key- and end-users on designed processes and functionalities.
• Provide regular scheduled project updates to stakeholders.
