Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Ridgeville, USA, is seeking a Training Manager to lead trainings for Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations across the AMER region, delivering high-quality sessions on time.

You will develop training materials, run on-site and online trainings, coordinate with engineering on WMS setup, provide go-live support and post-implementation coaching to site teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years’ experience in a project-based environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Strong and energetic personality, able to communicate on operations as well as management level.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trainings on location across the AMER region.
• Facilitate online training sessions.
• Organize training calendar in coordination with local sites.
• Cooperate with engineering on the WMS set-up and go-live support.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials and administer tests as needed.
