Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering, industrial laboratory, or related environment.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a customer or external-facing role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to coach and mentor a team of all experience levels.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes capacity and capability management under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.
• Engages with cross functional leads and customers to assign resources effectively.
• Drives process improvements to achieve financial results.
• Supports and mentors team to drive high performance.
• Ensures compliance with policies and standards.
• Gathers customer feedback and translates it into actions.
• Builds relationships with customers to understand pipeline and needs.
