Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited seeks an experienced Windows Device Management Platform Owner to drive global endpoint management for ~50,000 Windows devices. You will lead provisioning, patching, security hardening, and decommissioning, coordinating offshore contractors across time zones to ensure compliant, resilient, and efficient operations.

You will combine hands-on expertise in Intune, SCCM/MEMCM, and PowerShell with leadership to mentor teams and partner with security and business

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Windows endpoint management at enterprise scale (10,000+ endpoints).
3+ years leading or coordinating technical teams, including offshore resources.
Experience with 24/7 global IT operations is preferred.
Proven ability to define baselines, policies, and compliance across large fleets.

Responsibilities

Architect and continuously improve the global Windows device management platform using Intune and SCCM/MEMCM.
Own configuration baselines, enrollment profiles, compliance policies, and CA rules.
Lead patching, vulnerability management, and monthly Patch Tuesday cycles with SLAs.
Oversee offshore delivery team and establish SLAs, runbooks, and escalation paths.
