• Experience in a 24/7 global IT operations model preferred.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across security, IT, and business units.

• Architect and evolve the global Windows device management platform (Intune, SCCM).
• Own patching lifecycle; plan, deploy, report SLA compliance globally.
• Enforce CIS benchmarks and manage Defender for Endpoint deployment.
• Develop PowerShell automation and CI/CD friendly scripts.
• Lead offshore contractor team with sprint planning and mentorship.
• Document processes, runbooks, and governance artifacts.
