Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager in a dynamic distribution environment to champion safety across operations in Fort Dodge, IA. You will lead safety initiatives, partner with Operations leadership, and advance the WHS program through data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, incident analysis, and development of safety culture while ensuring compliance, training, and emergency readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

• Lead the site WHS program implementation and safety leadership initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive preventive actions.
• Ensure safety compliance, conduct site audits, and manage incident trend analysis.
