Job summary

Skylo is building the world7s first live direct-to-device satellite network. This London-based role centers on coordinating wholesale roaming programs, onboarding multiple MNOs, and ensuring tight alignment between roaming, technical, and commercial teams.

You will drive end-to-end onboarding, manage risks, and maintain governance across partners while collaborating with Skylo s network, product, and legal teams. Remote European candidates are welcome; some onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in wholesale roaming, carrier services, or interconnect program management at a telecom operator or satellite operator.
• Proven track record running multiple partner programs in parallel and keeping onboardings on schedule.
• Structured plans, clear ownership, up-to-date documentation, and proactive risk escalation.

Responsibilities

• Lead concurrent MNO onboarding programs from deal closure through testing, interconnect, and launch.
• Maintain a portfolio dashboard showing active partners, status, blockers, owners, and forecast dates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Skylo and partner MNOs, translating requirements and tracking deliverables.
