Job summary

Landen is seeking a Global Wholesale Coordinator to provide administration and logistical support for the Wholesale Department. You will assist wholesale accounts, manage orders, invoicing, and distribution while collaborating with internal teams to grow the wholesale business.

You will report to the Global Wholesale Manager. The role requires strong communication, Excel skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a hybrid work setup with international accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale or similar role is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative and able to work autonomously.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Order management: entry, processing, and preparation for launch.
• Invoicing and accounts receivable management.
• Coordinate wholesale distribution including stock requests and returns.
• Liaise with warehouse for dispatch of orders.
• Prepare monthly/seasonal sales reports and KPI analyses.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts globally and support sales events.
• Assist in wholesale indent sales, re-orders, and client bookings.
