Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Global Web Publishing Lead to drive publishing operations for the ASCS web ecosystem across multiple domains and regions. You will own localization, translations, and QA, coordinating cross-functionally with content, product marketing, editorial, and regional teams to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic HTML, website management and content management systems (CMS)
• Experience in a multi-language publishing environment, including globalization for translation
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in web publishing, web operations, content operations, or digital program management
• Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and building dashboards or reports to track site performance
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, or external agency resources
• Demonstrated ability to improve and scale operational processes in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead global publishing operations across all ASCS web properties, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery
• Identify and implement publishing efficiencies—streamlining workflows and enabling scalable processes
• Own the website localization program end-to-end: translate workflows, regional content publishing, and localization QA across markets
• Manage the publishing contractor, assigning work and ensuring output quality
• Build and maintain web performance dashboards in analytics platforms and produce regular reports
• Support A/B and multivariate testing by QAing test implementations and ensuring pages meet standards
• Own the publishing intake queue and triage process for prioritization
• Partner on new market launches and align localization with publishing timelines
