Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Global Web Content Delivery Lead to oversee the global content production ecosystem. You will lead through functional leads for AEM Authoring, NUWA CMS Authoring, and QA, coordinating with Web Experience teams, localization, and CoE leadership to ensure scalable delivery.

This role focuses on governance, delivery performance, and end-to-end production SLAs, driving alignment across content production to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely campaigns and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution across AEM Authoring, NUWA Authoring, and QA teams.
• Establish delivery priorities, escalation procedures, SLAs, and execution standards.
• Drive alignment across content production functions to eliminate bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Ensure successful delivery of campaign pages, product launches, cross‑BU initiatives, and One Lenovo programs.
• Collaborate with localization production teams to ensure aligned handoffs and end-to-end production SLAs.
• Define and govern delivery processes from intake through publication and production validation.
• Lead operational reviews focused on delivery performance, quality, workload management, and capacity planning.
