Job summary

You will drive strategic goals, manage budgets and revenue forecasts, and align with leaders across finance, HR, marketing, product, and distribution to enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in strategy, management consulting, business management or project management in asset/wealth management.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize data for exec presentations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a global setting.
• Experience with AI tools and CRM platforms is preferred.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and drive strategic results.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans with budgets, revenue forecasts and resource plans.
• Oversee events and townhalls; manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure alignment with wealth leadership on capital, distributor terms and profit models.
• Provide executive advisory to Client Solutions Group leadership.
• Perform data analysis to enable strategic decisions and insights.
