• 4-6 years of consulting or equivalent experience owning initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong ability to lead execution and drive outcomes with limited senior guidance.
• Financial acumen to diagnose and improve a company’s financial and operational performance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and presenting executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives end-to-end across portfolio companies, scoping problems and setting approaches.
• Drive execution with portfolio executives and leaders to deliver defined outcomes.
• Develop executive-ready analyses and materials and carry decisions through to implementation.
