Job summary

The Carlyle Group is seeking a day-to-day global communications lead for Global Wealth & Retirement. You will drive global messaging, lead media relations, and oversee conference communications strategy to boost visibility and positioning across markets.

You will partner with regional teams to ensure alignment and act as a trusted advisor to the business. You bring deep expertise in global wealth and retirement communications, with strong media relationships and a track record of managing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of experience in global communications.
Experience in corporate communications or media relations within global wealth, retirement, or asset management preferred.
Established relationships with top-tier media, wealth and retirement trade press, and influencer media.
Proven crisis and issues management experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the central global point of contact for all Global Wealth & Retirement media relations.
Own and evolve the global messaging framework, aligning with firmwide priorities.
Lead communications strategy for the global wealth and retirement conference circuit, identifying priority events.
Coordinate with regional communications teams to align on Global Wealth & Retirement messaging.
Advise leadership on reputational risk and crisis response strategies.
